Having a good conscience that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear:

if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures:

then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.

And she will bring forth a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.

Hear O' Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the One is understanding.

Thus says the Lord, your redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb: "I am the Lord, who makes all things. Who stretches out the heavens all alone, who spreads abroad the earth by myself."

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,

But with precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

But as He is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,

Because it is written, 'Be holy, for I am holy'"

The Lord is not slack concerning His promises, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, its is the gift of God.

for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
