When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, Lord God Almighty.

I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the company of mockers but whose delight is on the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go for to you I entrust my life.

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised.

This is the day the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad in it.

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
