My son, forget not my law; but let your heart keep my commandments:

For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to you.

Let not love and truth forsake you: bind them around your neck; write them on the table of your heart:

So shall you find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not lean to your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.

Be not wise in your own eyes: fear the LORD, and turn away from evil.

It shall be health to your naval, and marrow to your bones.

Honour the Lord with all your wealth, and with the firstfruits of all your increase:

So shall your barns be filled with plenty, and your presses overflow with new wine.
