Harmony RoboValidator

Robovalidator is a validator on the Harmony blockchain. It automatically bids for slots to ensure both a high yield and a guaranteed seat every epoch and currently aims for slot 300. Our autobidding program harmony_autobidder is also open sourced on github and other validators are welcome to use the software.
