2. John 16:32-33
(NIV)
“A time is coming and in fact has come when you will be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me. “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

3. Haggai 2:6-9
(NIV)
“This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty. ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”

Jesus is the Prince of Peace.
He will be the desire of the whole world when great shaking comes.
Jesus leaves with us His Peace, not the peace of this world.
This peace comes from the presence of Himself!
Hebrew Word for Peace is Shalom:
The meaning of the word picture says Shalom is "to destroy the authority that causes chaos".
Therefore a peace maker is not some one who avoids war or conflicts, but some one who has the power to destroy the cause of war and conflicts. Jesus is Sar Shalom, Prince of Peace. He destroys the barrier between man and God by offering Himself as the sacrifice. He is the ultimate Peace Maker who destroys the power of sin.
