Sit in victory of the Cross, let God work through you (E.g. Baptism of anguish) rather than strive in your self.
4. John 5:19

Key #3 to Ephesians - all effective work must continually seek it's power from God, depend entirely on God.

The battle is the Lord's. Fight from victory not for victory. Proclaim His Word and promises, seek to sacrifice for Him so He can use you how He wants to in the battle.
