Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger.

Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks me to give the reason for the HOPE I have. But do this with GENTLENESS and RESPECT.

Accept each other just as Christ has accepts me.

The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing LOVE.

Be KIND and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ forgave me.

NEVER avenge yourselves. Leave that to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

Do not look out only for yourselves. Look out for the good of others also.

Watch your words and HOLD your tongue; you'll save yourself a LOT of grief.

Put up with each other. Forgive the things you are holding against one another. Forgive, just as the Lord forgave you.

Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable —if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things...And the God of peace WILL be with you.

If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Speak the truth in LOVE.

Do not use HARMFUL words, but only HELPFUL words, the kind that build up and provide what is needed, so that what I say will do good to those who hear me.

God has NOT given me a spirit of fear and timidity, but of POWER, LOVE, and Self-Discipline.
