Fourteen. Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee, and news about him spread through all the surrounding area. Fifteen. He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all. Sixteen. He came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. He entered, as was his custom, into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. Seventeen. The book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. He opened the book, and found the place where it was written, Eighteen. “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed, Nineteen. and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” Twenty. He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. The eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on him. Twenty-one. He began to tell them, "Today, this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”

Four. Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. Five. There are various kinds of service, and the same Lord. Six. There are various kinds of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all. Seven. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all. Eight. For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom, and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit; Nine. to another faith, by the same Spirit; Ten. and to another gifts of healings, by the same Spirit; and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; to another different kinds of languages; and to another the interpretation of languages. I. Vocal inspiration (speaking) equals tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy.
II. Revelation Gifts (hearing) = (In the form of a thought, impression, feeling, dream, or vision) they are = the discerning ofspirits (or distinguishing between spirits), the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom. Ⅲ. Power gifts (doing) = the gift of faith, the gifts of healing, the working of miracles. The three gift groupings = vocal inspiration (speaking), the Revelation gifts (hearing), and the word of wisdom = hearing.

These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; Eighteen. they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Nineteen. So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. Twenty. They went out, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
