Hello Mrs.Frong, I’m an attroney for AJ Sampson, I'm going to be asking you a few questions.
Is it true that your are the chief criminologist of this case, and that you don't usually work with the collection of evidence?
Do you consider yourself knowledgeable in the handling of evidence?
So, when evidence is possibly contaminated, one must not take is seriously, correct?
And you have stated that .cm of Mr.Sampson’s blood sample was misplaced from it’s vile?
Did your lab assistant delay the submission of this blood vile?
And this vile was in her possession for a full work day, correct?
Is this assistant still employed at your office?
And do you know where she is employed know?
Do you know if she is in the Lawton area?
So your not aware of any of her whereabouts?
To your knowledge, could this evidence have been contaminated during the full work day the vile was in your assistants possession?
Would you say that AJ Sampson’s blood an important part of this case?
When evidence could have been contaminated, should it be taken seriously in a criminal trial?
So therefore this evidence must not be taken seriously, correct?
No further questions your Honor, I pass the witness.
