Mr.Martinson was defenseless. No gun. No knife. Nothing. This young teenager, Mr.Martinion, of age was too young to die, he has not graduated high school yet, he has not gotten his dream job, he has not achieved his life goal yet, and he was innocent, died because of an accusation made by the defendant that Mr.Zimmer was a suspicious male, just because the Defendant never saw Trey Martinson in the neighborhood. Today the defendant had the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that, the defendant murdered Trey Martinson in an act of self defense. Meaning the defense had to prove 100% that the defendant did not act with murderous intent, if you have a shred of doubt in your mind regarding this, then the defense failed to meet their burden. And you must find defendant guilty of murder. Which is exactly what happened into todays case. Our evidence states that Mr.Simmers accusations were false and had no evidence to support it. Our second witness Detective Sorento has the physical evidence that proves that Mr.Zimmers accusations are wrong. Detective Sorento also proves that Mr.Zimmer did not have the valid permeate to pull out the gun Mr.Zimmer used to kill Trey Martinson. As well as our first witness Riley Jean who was on the phone call and heard how the fight started to break out. Mrs.Jean gives us crucial information about the night that Mr.Martinson died, for example she tells us that Mr.Martinson was doing nothing suspicious but walking home to his house from a stop by a nearby -.The defense witness Jordan Good, has lied on important documents, like his police application which could mean he could be lying about this very case right now on the stand. The prosecution's evidence proves that the exhibits prove that Mr.Goodman could not have seen this fight happen because of how dark it was outside. With the defendant Mr.Zimmer he asks for our trust but we can not trust anything he says either, because Mr.Zimmer was unsure of his story and kept changing it when telling the police what had happened. Mr.Zimmer is also not liable because all of his accusations are proven false by physical evidence that police and detectives have put in for the crime. We have the right evidence to prove that the defendant Mr.Zimmer killed an innocent year old boy intentionally. Mr.Zimmer would not have the right to pull out the gun on Mr.Martinson first of all because Mr.Martinson was defenseless and Mr.Zimmer did not have the proper CCW permit to have the gun on him in the first place. Due to this the defense was unable to prove without a reasonable doubt that Mr. Zimmer murdered Trey Martinson in self defense, and while Mr.Zimmer was not defenseless and Trey Martinson was. I repeat this one last time Mr.Martinson was defenseless. No gun. No knife. Nothing. Thank you.
