This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his son to be the propitiation for our sins.

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O most high.

How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
