God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble

My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin.but if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might ‭‭
