Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; And every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes, yet is not washed from its filthiness.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; But even their mind and conscience are defiled.

And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;  Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.  For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

He who loves purity of heart and has grace on his lips, the king will be his friend.

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.  Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.
