And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

For God so loved the world, That he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he does not hear.

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the spirit.
