What Jesus said about escaping an irreversible eternity filled with pain and regrets reflects how much he loves us, yet he knows too many will not listen.
May we be those who hear and heed his words.

“Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good - except God alone.”

3. Luke 10:21 (NIV)
At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.”
4. Luke 15:10 (NIV)
Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
5. Luke 12:8 (NIV)
“I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.”
6. Luke 9:26 (NIV)
Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
7. Luke 8:13 (NIV)
“Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away.”

“The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches, and pleasures, and they do not mature.”
9. Luke 8:15 (NIV)
“But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.“
10. Luke 13:24 (NIV)
“Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.“
11. Luke 21:36 (NIV)

12. Luke 6:46 (NIV)
Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and not do what I tell you?
