The main strength of the 4th Argument is that morals are the understanding of right and wrong. If we know good and evil then we understand morals. We also know what God wants us to do and how to act if we understand his moral laws. We didn’t get morals from ourselves or from the concept of evolution, the morals came from God. God gave us these morals to help us decipher problems in our lives and do the righteous things he wants us to do.
