Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

“Come, follow me, and I will send you out to fish for people.”

Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

Casting all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.

You will show me the way of life; granting me the joy your presence, and the pleasures of living with you forever

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

For we know our sinful selves were crucified with Christ, so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.

Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ who loved us.

The Lord will fight for you, you only need to be still.

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

You shall love the Lord your God With all your heart, With all your soul, And with all your strength.

Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

If anyone would come after me he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.

Now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

I can do all things through him who gives me strength.

The joy of the Lord is your strength.

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Create in me a pure heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! His faithful love endures forever

When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, Lord God Almighty.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
