You can give without loving, but you can never love without giving. The great acts of love are done by those who are habitually preforming small acts of kindness. We pardon to the extent that we love. Love is knowing that even though you are all alone, you will never be lonely again. And great happiness of life is the conviction that are loved. Loved for ourselves and in spite of ourselves.

To love or have loved. That is enough. Ask nothing further. There is no other pearl to be found in the dark folds of life. To love another person is to see the face of God.

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God" and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
